The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order and that any necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and providing guidance to the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
Manage and coordinate maintenance staff and activities.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Inspect and maintain all equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime.
Identify and address potential problems before they occur.
Monitor the performance of maintenance staff and provide feedback.
