These include:
accounts payable, patient registration, medical records, running payroll, scheduling and reporting.
The Business Office Coordinator is also responsible for supervising the business office staff and conducting oversight of their work.
This position is on site at our facility in Somers Point, hours are Monday - Friday from 8a-4:
30p Qualifications for the role:
Very technologically savvy - experience with Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel - required Strong preference for experience with Practice Management, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable software (specifically used are:
HST, Envi, and Bill.
com) Prior medical billing experience required 1-3 years experience supervising and coaching people required Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with four years equivalent experience What we offer:
