The Resident Services Coordinator works in collaboration with the site team to assess and address resident concerns, coordinate and schedule service activities, and follow-up on service activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities listed below are not all-encompassing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the property, greeting all customers, residents, and guests Ensure excellence in curb appeal and continuous inspection of common areas and desk for cleanliness Manage administrative requests from residents Advise Property Manager or appropriate team member of conditions in the community affecting the resident's safety, reporting any residential dissatisfaction Record resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up Assuring all service request follow-up is completed within 72 business hours Evaluate outcomes of regularly scheduled on-site programs and services as required for quality improvement Coordinate preventive maintenance activities, such as pest control and HVAC filter replacement, and maintain company logs, where applicable Plan and coordinate recreational, cultural, and social activities in coordination with property operations staff and residents as needed Assist in managing the automated work ticket system to include entering and closing work tickets and preparing reports as requested Coordinate vacated apartment walk-thru with the Service Managers to assess damages and deductions from security deposits and determine scope of work required to meet building standards for re-leasing Assist with posting monthly rent checks as well as other back-up accounting responsibilities Provide timely written resident communications to include Notices to Vacate and Lease Violation Letters QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years customer service or sales experience Computer proficiency including MS Office; experience with Entrata preferred Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment Willingness to maintain a flexible, 7 day a week schedule Excellent communication skills and strong professionalism Verbal, math and reasoning skills WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
