Responsibilities:
- Assist the superintendent in day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks.
- Perform general repairs, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
- Assist with tenant inquiries and requests as needed.
- Learn and grow within the property management field.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, and electrical work preferred.
