We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
This role will provide essential support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping & communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and agency accounting.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents and opening mail - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
