McAllister is looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator with strong communication and organizational skills for Full time Thursday-Monday 8:
00am-4:
30pm.
The position requires strong verbal communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
In this role, the Service Dispatcher maintains the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the Technicians as service calls are completed.
Maintain courteous and respectful communication with Technicians and Customers.
Provide Technicians with clear and concise information to complete scheduled job.
Properly dispatch service technicians by abilities, locations, Check technicians in and out of their jobs once they have called in Make sure all parts are properly ordered, received, and dispatched for service repairs Answer all dispatch ring backs and customer questions Maintain and verify all service order changes by creating notes in both customer notes and dispatcher notes Maintain ETA on Red Flagged calls by providing customers with reasons for adjustments to ETA Follow up on all scheduled board activity for changes in technicians routes and daily schedules Job Type:
