Clinical Nurse Liaison

The Clinical Nurse Liaison is a critical role with Home Solutions responsible for patient orientation, education and business development.
In this role, the Clinical Nurse Liaison will act in a business development role and represent the capabilities and services of Home Solutions to the assigned hospital through their discharge planners, social workers, physicians, case managers, home health agencies, etc. Relationship development with these key decision makers will be vital to success in this role.
This position does have sales growth goals for assigned accounts which include monthly achievements. The Regional Sales Director will partner with the Clinical Nurse Liaison to ensure the best path of success in expanding patient care opportunities in the assigned region. As an educator, the Clinical Nurse Liaison serves in a consultant and discharge planning role at the assigned Hospitals, acting as an advocate for Home Solutions' infusion programs and providing education for healthcare professionals. During patient orientation, the Clinical Nurse Liaison performs acts, which require the specialized knowledge, judgment and skills of nursing science. This includes establishing the primary infusion structure as well as patient instruction on the services of Home Solutions' therapies, following physician requirements. The Clinical Nurse Liaison will also participate in identifying opportunities for improvements in patient care, and contribute in QA initiatives. The Clinical Nurse Liaison is NOT an on-call position; however should Clinical Nurse Liaison meet all the clinical requirements set forth by the Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Nursing Manager for an on-call position the Liaison may accept such position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
